Computers, Recording Software, Mixing Software, Digital-Analog Modeling, Drum Programming, and Virtual Instrumentation are just some of the 21st century technologies in a modern musician's arsenal. By teaching students at a young age about the applicable use of technology, they will be better suited to develop into practical musicians. These skills are necesary in the age of digital music and self distribution that we are living in.
Students are instructed on a personalized level with lessons varying in style and structure from one student to the next. Another inportant aspect of instruction through the Vinny Dappio method is song selection. Students are encouraged to develop their own style based on the music that motivates them to improve.
